Questions about DKTDesigns jewelry?  Let's answer some of the most common questions here!

Do you take custom orders?

Yes!  I'd love to work one-on-one with you to create your new fave piece.  Use the contact form to start your personal jewelry journey!

Do you make men's jewelry?

Yes!  I'm an equal opportunity jewelry designer :)  I have men's jewelry here:   https://www.dktjewelry.com/collections/mens-jewelry and if you don't see something that you like, please contact me to create a custom piece!

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship within 1-2 days.  I ship all orders USPS Priority Mail insured. If you need a piece resized it may take one more day to get it to the post office.

What are your shipping options?

All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail insured.  If you need it sooner, please contact me and we will work out shipping costs.  International orders are also shipped USPS, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or tariffs.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes!  Simply leave a note on your order form indicating you would like your piece wrapped.  Each necklace comes in a complimentary DKTDesigns box, and earrings and bracelets come in a cute mesh gift bag.

What if the bracelet or necklace doesn't fit?

I include size information in all the product descriptions, and I'm happy to make any adjustments for no charge before your order ships.  You can let me know either in the contact form or with a note on your order if you need a piece resized.  If you realize it doesn't fit once you have received the piece, I'm happy to resize it for a fee plus shipping.  The fee depends on the price of the piece of jewelry, and will usually be $15-$25.

What if my necklace/bracelet/earring breaks?

Oh, I really hope that doesn't happen!  I strive to make each piece extremely durable to withstand the rigors of everyday wear.  That being said, life happens!  If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect, I will fix it or replace it for no additional charge.  Because each piece is one of a kind, the stones or other components may not be available, so I will use comparable materials when necessary.  If your piece breaks due to other reasons, I'll repair or replace it for a fee plus shipping.
